At MoEa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your vegan sneakers, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the sneakers in their original bio-based box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
